The transformative learning experiences at Treehouse Montessori Child Development Center is designed to help students grow both in and out of the classroom. Our mission is to foster positive self esteem and self confidence so a child can grow into a responsible, compassionate contributing citizen of our society.
Our educators have diverse educational backgrounds including Early Childhood Education certificates, diplomas and degrees including Bachelor and Masters in Elementary and Montessori Pedagogy. Our staff go through a rigorous screening process that assesses their values, and skills. All staff members are required to submit a Police security clearance and Vulnerable sector search check before employment . Our facility also trains practicum students from various colleges and universities throughout Alberta. We train all of our staff for leadership roles fostering a team environment dedicated for providing the best for our community.
