To enrol your child at Treehouse Montessori Child Development Centre, please complete
and submit the following two application forms:

● Treehouse Montessori Parent Intake Application
● Treehouse Montessori Parent Intake Application Download
● Treehouse Montessori Enrolment form – (PDF form link)
Once completed, you can email the forms to our administrative team at
treehousemontessoriyeg@gmail.com.
We also welcome you to call us to schedule an appointment for a trial session and a more indepth discussion regarding your child’s registration.
